Backstage Construction Schedule September 6 – 12

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for September 6 – 12, 2014.             Please click here for general information on concrete pours. 

Backstage Crane

Saturday, September 6

• 16^th Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 9:15 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 45 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Also, following the slab pour, Toro Aluminum will be delivering 10^th floor windows, till 4:00 pm.

• Concrete Finishing until to 8:30 pm.

Monday, September 8

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Tuesday, September 9

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 17^th  Floor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 45 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Wednesday, September 10

• 17^th  Floor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 45 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Thursday, September 11

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Friday, September 12

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 17^th Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 45 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
