This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for August 25 – 29, 2014. UPDATED August 27

Backstage Condominium

Monday, August 25

• A  wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Tuesday, August 26

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 15^th  Floor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 45 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Wednesday, August 27 – UPDATED

• 15^th Floor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 45 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• NEW: Following the concrete slab pour, subcontractor Italform will be raising the large crane 4 storeys today, between 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm. 

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Thursday, August 28

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Friday, August 29

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 15^th  Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 45 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
