Backstage Construction Schedule – August 2 – 9

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for August 2 – 8, 2014.

Saturday, August 2

• A 5-man crew form Italform removing forming from the west side of the building, from  9:00 am. 

• A 2-man crew from Dominus removing the concrete curd on the 5th floor, from 9:00 am.

Monday, August 4 – Site Closed – Civic Holiday

Tuesday, August 5

• A  11^th and 12^th floor wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Wednesday, August 6

• 12^th Floor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Thursday, August 7

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 11^th  Floor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

 Friday, August 8

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• A 12^th and 13^th floor wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Saturday, August 9 – updated

• 12^th Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 9:30 am.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
