Backstage reaches 10th storey — Construction Schedule – July 26 – August 1

Backstage has reached it’s 10^th floor wall and concrete pouring will commence for the  11^th floor slab on July 29. 

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for July 26 – August 1, 2014.

Saturday, July 26

• A forming crew working on 10^th floor wall and 11^th floor slab from 9:00 am. 

• Dominus crew doing construction housekeeping on-site.

Monday, July 28

• A  10^th floor wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

 Tuesday, July 29

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

•  11^th Floor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Wednesday, July 30

• 11^th  Floor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Thursday, July 31

• A 11^th  floor wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 1:00 pm.

 Friday, August 1

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 11^th Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 10th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
