Backstage Construction Schedule – July 19 – 25

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for July 19 – July 25, 2014.

Saturday, July 19

• A forming crew working on 8^th floor wall and 9^th floor slab from 9:00 am. 

• Dominus crew doing construction housekeeping on-site.

Monday, July 21

• A 9th floor wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

 Tuesday, July 22

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 10th Floor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Wednesday, July 23

• 10th Floor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Thursday, July 24

• A 10th floor wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 1:00 pm.

 Friday July 25

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 10th Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 1o:00 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 10th floor walls and columns, 35 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
