This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for July 5 – July 11, 2014.

Saturday, July 5

• Miscellaneous construction work is scheduled on site from 9:00 am.

Monday, July 7

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to run from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

 Tuesday, July 8

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to run from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Wednesday, July 9

• Final Eighth Floor Slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 6:00 pm.

• Concrete Finishing may be required until to 10:00 pm.

Thursday, July 10

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to run from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

 Friday July 11

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• First Ninth Floor Slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 6:00 pm.

• Concrete Finishing may be required until to 10:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
