Backstage Construction Schedule – June 28 – July 4

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for June 28 – July 4, 2014.

The Backstage condo begins its rise above the podium.

Saturday, June 28

• No work is scheduled on site.

Monday, June 30

• No work is scheduled on site.

 Tuesday, July 1 – Canada Day

• Site Closed for the Holiday.

Wednesday, July 2

• Final seventh floor concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 7:00 pm.

• Concrete Finishing may be required until to 11:00 pm.

Thursday, July 3

• First Eighth floor concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 7:00 pm.

• Concrete Finishing may be required until to 11:00 pm.

 Friday July 4

• Second Eighth floor concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 7:00 pm.

• Concrete Finishing may be required until to 11:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
