This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for June 21 – 27, 2014.

Saturday, June 21

• Seventh floor slab concrete pour #2 by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 9:00 am.

• Concrete Finishing to 7:00 pm.

Monday, June 23

• Seventh floor concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to run between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

 Tuesday, June 24

• Rebar (steel) delivery starting at 7:00 am

• Seventh floor concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to run between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

Wednesday, June 25

• Seventh floor slab concrete pour #3 by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• Concrete Finishing to 9:00 pm.

Thursday, June 26

• Seventh floor concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to run between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

 Friday June 27

• Rebar (steel) delivery starting at 7:00 am

• Seventh floor concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to run between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
