This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for June 28 – July 4, 2014.
The Backstage condo begins its rise above the podium.

Saturday, June 28
- No work is scheduled on site.
Monday, June 30
- No work is scheduled on site.
Tuesday, July 1 – Canada Day
- Site Closed for the Holiday.
Wednesday, July 2
- Final seventh floor concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 7:00 pm.
- Concrete Finishing may be required until to 11:00 pm.
Thursday, July 3
- First Eighth floor concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 7:00 pm.
- Concrete Finishing may be required until to 11:00 pm.
Friday July 4
- Second Eighth floor concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am with the pour completed by 7:00 pm.
- Concrete Finishing may be required until to 11:00 pm.
NOTES:
- A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
- Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
- There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
- Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
