Backstage Construction Schedule – May 24 – 30

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for May 24 – 30, 2014.

Saturday, May 24

• Excavation work on site from 9:00 am to Noon 

• Some general interior work

Monday, May 26

• Rebar (steel) delivery starting at 7:00 am.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

 Tuesday, May 27

• Fifth floor slab concrete pour #8 by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform.

• Concrete Finishing to 10:00 pm.

Wednesday, May 28

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

Thursday, May 29

• Rebar (steel) delivery starting at 7:00 am.

• Fifth floor slab concrete pour #9 by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform.

• Concrete Finishing to 10:00 pm.

Friday, May 30

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
