Backstage Construction Schedule – March 17 – 21

UPDATED March 14 – This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  March 17 – 21, 2014.

Backstage Condominium. First Floor, 1 The Esplanade

 Monday, March 17

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

 Tuesday, March 18

• Rebar (steel) delivery starting at 7:00 am.

• Crash Wall concrete pour, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

Wednesday, March 19

• Fourth floor slab concrete pour #5, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform.

• Concrete Finishing to 10:00 pm.

Thursday, March 20

• Crash Wall concrete pour, scheduled to begin at 9:00 am.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin once the Crash Wall pour is completed and should be finished by or before 7:00 pm.

Friday, March 21

• Rebar (steel) delivery starting at 7:00 am.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30pm and should be finished by or before 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
