Backstage Construction Update for Feb 7, 2014

This is a construction update for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  February 7, 2014.

UPDATED February 7

Friday, February 7

• CANCELLED – 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

Rescheduled to Saturday, February 8

• CANCELLED – Third floor slab concrete pour #4 , by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
  

• CANCELLED – After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  

• CANCELLED – Concrete Finishing to 10:30 pm.
  

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
