Backstage Construction Schedule – January 27 – 31

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  January 27 – 31, 2014.

POSTED January 26  

Monday, January 27

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, January 28

• Rebar (steel) delivery at 7:00 am.

• Second floor slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  

• Concrete Finishing to 10:00 pm.
  

Wednesday, January 29

• Rebar (steel) delivery at 7:00 am and 10:00 am.

• Third floor slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  

• Concrete Finishing to 10:30 pm.
  

Thursday, January 30

• Rebar (steel) delivery at 7:00 am.

• Third floor slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  

• Concrete Finishing to 10:00 pm.
  

Friday, January 31

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
