This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  January 11 – 14, 2014.

Saturday, January 11

• No exterior work. Rain Day.  

Monday, January 13

• Rebar (steel) delivery at 7:00 am and 10:00 am.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, January 14

• Rebar (steel) delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• CANCELLED – Third Floor slab concrete pour #1. 

Wednesday, January 15

• Second floor slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  

• Concrete Finishing to 10:00 pm.
  

Thursday, January 16

• Rebar (steel) delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• Third floor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  

• Concrete Finishing to 10:00 pm.
  

Friday, January 17

• CANCELLED – Rebar Delivery

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
