Backstage Construction Schedule – January 4 – 10 2014

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  January 4 – 10, 2014.

Saturday, January 4

• The air compressor will be used on the south side of the site. There will be construction noise from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

Monday, January 6

• Second floor slab pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am.

• Rebar (steel) delivery to begin at 9:00 am.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 9:00 PM.

Tuesday, January 7

• Cancelled: rebar delivery for use in the crash wall on the south side of the site–rescheduled to Monday, January 13. 
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, January 8

• CANCELLED: Third floor slab concrete pour #, by subcontractor Italform.
  

• CANCELLED: After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.
  

Thursday, January 9

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

Friday, January 10

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
