Backstage Construction Schedule – December 7 – 13

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for   December 7 – 13, 2013

Posted December 6

Saturday, December 7

• Labourers will be on-site chipping concrete . The work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am and should be completed by midday.

Monday, December 9

• There will be a rebar delivery at 10:00 am. 
  

• Second floor slab pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed. 

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 8:00 PM.

Tuesday, December 10

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am. 
  

• Second floor slab pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed. 

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 8:00 PM.

Wednesday, December 11

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:00 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

Thursday, December 12

• Second floor slab pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed. 

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 8:00 PM.

Friday, December 13

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am. 
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:00 pm and should be completed before 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
