Backstage Construction Schedule – November 30 – December 6

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  November 23 – December 6, 2013

Saturday, November 30

• Breaking concrete on the south wall using an air compressor and breakers. The work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am and should be completed by 4:00 pm.

Monday, December 2

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, December 3

• Second floor slab pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed. 

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10:00 PM.

Wednesday, December 4

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am. 
  

• Second floor ramp slab pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed. 

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10:00 PM.

Thursday, December 5

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, December 6

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am. 
  

• Second floor ramp slab pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed. 

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10:00 PM.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
