Backstage Construction Schedule – November 2 – 8

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  November 2 – 8, 2013

Posted November 1

Saturday, November 2

• Using the air compressor to break concrete on the south wall  of the site. This work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 pm and should be completed no later than 3:00 pm.

Monday, November 4

• Pouring second floor slab pour #1, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10:30 PM.

Tuesday, November 5

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, November 6

• Pouring second floor slab pour #4, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10:30 PM.

Thursday, November 7

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, November 8

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
