Backstage Construction Schedule – October 26 – November 1

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  October  26  – November 1, 2013

UPDTED October 31

Saturday, October 26

• Using the hydraulic breaker and air compressor to break concrete on the south wall  of the site. This work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 pm and should be completed no later than 3:00 pm.

Monday, October 28

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, October 29 – UPDATED

• Pouring second floor slab pour #3, part 1, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin midday.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 11:30 PM.

Wednesday, October 30

• Pouring second floor slab pour #3, part 2, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10 PM.

Thursday, October 31

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, November 1 – UPDATED

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• Pouring second floor slab pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is tentatively  scheduled to begin 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10:00 PM.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
