This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  October  12 – 18, 2013

Saturday, October 12

• Breaking concrete on the south wall of the site. This work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 pm and should be completed no later than 3:00 pm.

Monday, October 14 – THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY – site closed

Tuesday, October 15

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, October 16

• There will be a rebar delivery at 11:00 am.
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, October 17

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, October 18

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
