Backstage Construction Schedule – October 7 – 11

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium for  October  7 – 11, 2013

Monday, October 7

  • 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, October 8

  • 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, October 9

  • 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, October 10

  • 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, October 11

  • There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  • 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

  • Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
  • Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
  • There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
  • Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
