Backstage Construction Schedule – September 28 – October 4

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  September 28 – October 4, 2013

Saturday, September 28

• Plumbing work on site at Parking Level 5.

Monday, September 30

• Elevator equipment delivery at 7:00 am.

• Pouring ground floor slab pour #7, part1, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

• After slab, 50 cubic metre concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10 PM.

Tuesday, October 1

• Elevator equipment delivery at 7:00 am.

• Pouring ground floor slab pour #7, part1, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 10 PM.

Wednesday, October 2

• A small ground floor slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

• Concrete finishing, scheduled to proceed until 8 PM.

Thursday, October 3

• Elevator equipment delivery at 7:00 am.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, October 4

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
