Backstage Construction Schedule – September 14 – 20

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  September 14 – September 20 , 2013

Posted September 13

Saturday, September 14

• From 9:00AM to 3:00PM the compressor will be used to chip concrete.
  

Monday, September 16

• Pouring ground floor slab pour #1 by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
• After slab, 50 cubic metre concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

Tuesday, September 17

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, September 18

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, September 19

• Pouring ground floor slab pour #4 by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
• After slab, 50 cubic metre concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 5:00 pm.

Friday, September 20

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
