Backstage Construction Schedule – August 24 – 30

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  August 24 – 30 , 2013

Saturday, August 24

• A mini-excavator with a hydraulic breaker will be operating at the west side of site, breaking concrete from 9:00 am through 4:00 pm
  

Monday, August 26

• Concrete pour #6 for parking level 1, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, August 27

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.

• Concrete pour #6 for parking level 1, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, August 28

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, August 29

• 50 cubic metre, wall concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, August 30

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
