Backstage Construction Schedule – July 29 – August 2

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  July 29 – August 2, 2013

Monday, July 29

• Concrete pour #6 for parking level 2, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed by 10:0pm.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre, wall concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, July 30

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• Concrete pour 6, part 2, for parking level 2, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed by 10:00 pm.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre, wall concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, July 31

• Concrete pour #1 for parking level 1 – cancelled due to weather conditions .

Thursday, August 1

• Concrete pour #1 for parking level 1, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre, wall concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin after the slab pour is completed and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, August 2

• 50 cubic metre, wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italfor. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
