Backstage Construction Schedule – June 22 – 28

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  June 22 – 28, 2013

Saturday, June 22

• General clean up on the site by Domninus.

Monday, June 24

• Concrete pour #7 for parking level 3, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform.The pour is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, June 25

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• Concrete pour #5 for parking level 3, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, June 26

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, June 27

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, June 28

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• Concrete pour #6 for parking level 3, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
