Monday, July 1 – Happy Canada Day

• Site closed for the holiday.
  

Tuesday, July 2

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• Concrete pour #7 for parking level 3, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform.The pour is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, July 3

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, July 4

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, July 5

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• Concrete pour #1 for parking level 2, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• A  50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.

• Concrete pour #7 for parking level 3, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.

Backstage Concrete Pour UPDATE – June 20

Thursday, June 20

• Concrete pour #4 for parking level 3, by subcontractor Italform. The pour that was scheduled to begin at 10:00 am began later today, due to concrete delivery problems earlier in the day that were beyond the control of the construction team, concrete finishing is now expected to go past 10:00 pm tonight, and is anticipated to go to as late as 12:00 am – Midnight.

• On behalf of the construction team please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Please note that a continuous concrete pour and the concrete finishing that is required immediately following pouring must continue until the work is complete. If one were to stop and start pours and finishing, floors would not be even, columns would not set properly, putting the structural soundness of the building at risk.

• The Parking Level 3 concrete pour originally scheduled for Monday June 10 was cancelled due to rain and has been rescheduled to today —— Concrete pour #1 for parking level 3, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is now scheduled to begin at 9:30 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.
