This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  May June 3 – 7, 2013

Monday, June 3

• Concrete pour #6 for parking level 4, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, June 4

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, June 5

• Concrete pour #7 for parking level 4, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, June 6

• Concrete pour #6 – part 2, for parking level 4, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.
  

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, June 7

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
