Backstage Construction Schedule – April 29 – May 3

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  April 29 – May 3, 2013

UPDATED MAY 1

Monday, April 29

• A slab concrete pour on grade, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 9:00 pm.

Tuesday, April 30

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.

• CANCELLED & RESCHEDULED to May 2— The fifth concrete pour for parking level 5, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 9:00 pm.

Wednesday, May 1

• A slab concrete pour on grade, by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 9:00 pm.
  

•  A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, May 2

• RESCHEDULED from Tuesday to today: The fifth concrete pour for parking level 5, by subcontractor Italform.
  The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and concrete finishing should be completed no later than 10:00 pm.

• UPDATED: A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. This pour is scheduled to begin at 1:30 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, May 3

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
