Backstage Construction Schedule – April 22 – 26

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  April 22 – 26, 2013

Monday, April 22

• The third concrete pour for parking level 5 by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and should be completed no later than 10:30 pm.

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, April 23

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, April 24

• The fourth concrete pour for parking level 5 by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and should be completed no later than 10:30 pm..
  

•  A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Thursday, April 25

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

Friday, April 26

• The fourth concrete pour for parking level 5 by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am and should be completed as early as 9:00 pm but no later than 10:00 pm.

• A 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm and should be completed no later than 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
