Backstage Construction Schedule – April 15 – 19

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for  April 15 – 19, 2013

Monday, April 15

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.

• A slab on grade concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and should be completed  by 10:30 pm.

Tuesday, April 16

• A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, 50 cubic metres of concrete. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed prior to 8:00 pm.

Wednesday, April 17

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00 am.
  

•  A slab on grade concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and should be completed by 8:30 pm.

Thursday, April 11

• A concrete pour for parking level 5 by subcontractor Italform. The pour is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am and should be completed  by 10:30 pm.

Friday, April 12

• There will be a rebar delivery at 7:00am.

• A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, 50 cubic metres of concrete. The pour is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm and should be completed prior to 8:00 pm.

NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
