This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for April 1 65, 2013

Monday, April 1
- Formwork deliveries by subcontractor Italform, from 7:00 am.
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, 50 cubic metres of concrete. The pour should be completed prior to 7:00 pm, subject to weather conditions.
Tuesday, April 2
- Formwork deliveries by subcontractor Italform, from 7:00 am.
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, 50 cubic metres of concrete. The pour should be completed prior to 7:00 pm, subject to weather conditions.
Wednesday, April 3 – Updated
- Formwork deliveries by subcontractor Italform, from 7:00 am.
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A slab concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, 50 cubic metres of concrete. The pour will extend to at least 8:30 pm this evening.
Thursday, April 4
- Formwork deliveries by subcontractor Italform, from 7:00 am.
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, 50 cubic metres of concrete. The pour should be completed prior to 7:00 pm, subject to weather conditions.
Friday, April 5
- Formwork deliveries by subcontractor Italform, from 7:00 am.
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, 50 cubic metres of concrete. The pour may extend later than 7:00 pm, subject to weather conditions.

NOTES:
- A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
- There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
- Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
