This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for March 9 – 15, 2013

Saturday, March 9
- Dominus will be operating a compressor with a 60lb breaker to break-up shale – work is scheduled to start at 9:00 am.
Monday, March 11
- Rebar delivery is scheduled between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use five (5) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
Tuesday, March 12
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use five (5) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
Wednesday, March 13
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use five (5) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
Thursday, March 14
- A rebar delivery is scheduled to occur between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.

Friday, March 15
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use five (5) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
NOTES:
- A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
- There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
- Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
