Backstage Construction Schedule – March 4 – 8

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium for  March 4 – 8, 2013

Monday, March 4

  • GFL Excavating will be removing material with the long reach: five (5) dump trucks are scheduled to take fourteen (14) loads each from the site for an estimated total of 70 loads.
  • GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
  • A wall concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use three (3) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, March 5

  • GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
  • A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use three (3) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, March 6

  • GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
  • A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use three (3) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.

Thursday, March 7 

  • A rebar delivery is scheduled to occur between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
  • GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
  • A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use three (3) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.

Friday, March 8

  • GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
  • A wall and footings concrete pour by subcontractor Italform, that will use three (3) loads of concrete. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

  • Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
  • There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
  • Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
