This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for February 25 – March 1, 2013

Monday, February 25
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A 50M (cubic metre) concrete pour by subcontractor Italform is scheduled today. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
Tuesday, February 26
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A 50M (cubic metre) concrete pour by subcontractor Italform is scheduled today. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
Wednesday, February 27
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A 50M (cubic metre) concrete pour by subcontractor Italform is scheduled today. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
Thursday, February 28
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A 50M (cubic metre) concrete pour by subcontractor Italform is scheduled today. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
Friday, March 1
- GFL Excavating will be using the hydraulic breaker to prepare the footings; the footings will then be dug out.
- A 50M (cubic metre) concrete pour by subcontractor Italform is scheduled today. The pour will be completed prior to 7:00 pm.
NOTES:
- A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
- There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
- Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
