This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for January 7 – 11, 2013

Monday, January 7
- GFL Excavating will be operating the Long Reach excavator removing material. There will be 6 dump trucks doing 14 loads each, for an expected total of 84 loads.
- GFL Excavating will be preparing material using the hydraulic breaker.
Tuesday, January 8
- GFL Excavating will be operating the Long Reach excavator removing material. There will be 6 dump trucks doing 14 loads each, for an expected total of 84 loads.
- GFL Excavating will be preparing material using the hydraulic breaker.
- Aecon Utilities will be working at Yonge and the Esplanade installing conduits for temporary high voltage service.
- City of Toronto contractor — OJCR Construction — is expected to be on-site to test water-main and sanitary sewers. No disruptions to traffic are anticipated.
Wednesday, January 9

- GFL Excavating will be preparing material using the hydraulic breaker.

Friday, January 11
- GFL Excavating will be operating the Long Reach excavator removing material. There will be 6 dump trucks doing 14 loads each, for an expected total of 84 loads.
- GFL Excavating will be preparing material using the hydraulic breaker.
- Aecon Utilities will be working at Yonge and the Esplanade installing conduits for temporary high voltage service.
Please note:
- There may be some short-term disruptions to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while dump trucks are moved into position and loaded.
- Aecon Utilities work may also cause short-term disruptions to to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
- A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control
