This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for July 30 – August 3, 2012

- The 30 day road closure of The Esplanade from Scott Street to Yonge Street remains in effect.
- A shuttle bus service will be provided during the road closure running approximately every 12 – 15 minutes from 7 am to 7 pm daily, connecting The Esplanade and Scott Street to Union Station, Bay & Front, King & Yonge and Berczy Park.

Monday, July 30
- Sub-contractor, C & M McNally boring the tunnel.
- The tunnel connects the P4 parking level on the Backstage site at 1 The Esplanade with the L Tower. All L Tower residents will use this private tunnel to access their parking spaces which will be located underneath the future Backstage condominium.
- Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: six (6) dump trucks will take 14 loads each, for a total of eighty-four (84) loads. *

- Sub-contractor, C & M McNally boring the tunnel.

Thursday, August 2
- Sub-contractor, C & M McNally boring the tunnel.

- Sub-contractor, C & M McNally boring the tunnel.
- Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: six (6) dump trucks will take 14 loads each, for a total of eighty-four (84) loads. *
NOTES:
RESCHEDULED to August 9: Sub-contractor, C & M McNally will be removing the Tunnel Boring Machine from the site with a 500-ton crane.
* Dump truck frequencies are dependent on road and traffic conditions and the amount excavation materials at any given time on the site.
Construction activities are dependent on whether.
A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
