L Tower Construction Schedule June 4 – 8

This is the current construction schedule for 8 The Esplanade – L Tower – for   June 4 – 8, 2012

NOTE:

  • The L Tower is scheduled to reach 44 floors this week.
  • We have also been advised that the final phase of the Waterfront Toronto sewer construction contract will begin on Monday, June 4 for approximately 8 weeks.  Jarvis Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction betweenThe Esplanade and Wilton Street.

Monday, June 4

  • A 92M (part 1) wall and column concrete pour, levels 43 – 44, starting at Noon, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, June 5

  • A 96M (part 2) wall and column concrete pour, levels 43 – 44, starting at Noon, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, June 6

  • A rebar (steel) delivery starting at 7:00 am.
  • A second rebar (steel) delivery starting at 12:30 pm.
  • Safety net installation during the course of the work day. 

Thursday, June 7

  • A 215M slab concrete pour, levels 44, starting at 10:00 am, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Friday, June 8

  • A 92M (part 1) wall and column concrete pour, levels 44 – 45, starting at Noon, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

NOTES:

Construction schedules are dependent on weather conditions.

A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
