Wednesday, April 11

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be delivering a drill rig to the site at 1 The Esplanade after 9 am, under police escort. 
    • There will be short-term disruptions to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The construction management team apologizes for any short-term inconvenience this may cause.

Backstage Construction Schedule – April 9 – 13

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for April 9 – 13, 2012

NOTE: Subcontractor, Deep Foundation will be delivering a large drill rig to the site at 1 The Esplanade in order to complete the piles and caisson work this week. The delivery date is not confirmed at the time of posting. Please check back for updated information.

Monday, April 9

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
  • Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

Tuesday, April 10

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
  • Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

Wednesday, April 11

A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.

L Tower Construction Schedule April 9 – 13

This is the current construction schedule for 8 The Esplanade – L Tower – for April 9 – 12, 2012

Note: The L Tower is scheduled to reach 35 floors this week.

Monday, April 9

  • Heat Pump (for individual condo suites) delivery starting at 7:30 am.
  • A 108M (part 2) wall and column concrete pour, levels 34 – 35, starting 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, April 10

  • Rebar delivery starting at 7:00 am.
  • Window delivery starting at 7:00 am.
  • Rebar delivery starting at 12:30 pm

Wednesday, April 11

  • Rebar delivery starting at 7:00 am.
  • Rebar delivery starting at 10:00 am.
  • A 190M slab concrete pour, level 35, starting 10:00 am, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Thursday, April 12

  • A 99M (part 1) wall and column concrete pour, levels 35 – 36 starting 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

  Friday, April 13

  • Rebar delivery starting at 12:30 pm.
  • A 108M (part 2) wall and column concrete pour, levels 35 – 36, starting 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Construction schedules are dependent on weather conditions.
