This is the current construction schedule for 8 The Esplanade – L Tower – for April 2 – 6, 2012

Note: The L Tower is scheduled to reach 34 floors this week.

Monday, April 2

A 108M (part 2) wall and column concrete pour, levels 33 – 34, starting 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.
Rebar delivery starting at 12:30 pm

Tuesday, April 3

Rebar delivery starting at 12:30 pm

Wednesday, April 4

Rebar delivery starting at 7:00 am.
A 190M slab concrete pour, level 34, starting 10:00 am, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.
Rebar delivery starting at 12:30 pm.

Thursday, April 5

Heat Pump (for individual condo suites) delivery starting at 7:30 am.
A 99M (part 1) wall and column concrete pour, levels 34 – 35, starting 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Good Friday – Holiday – April 6

A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.

Monday, April 2

Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be floating in the tie back machine in the morning.
NOTE: This will unfortunately cause short-term delays for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Tuesday, April 3

Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing tie backs.

Wednesday, April 4

Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing tie backs.
Sub-contractor, GFL Excavating, will be removing material from the site: 4 trucks doing 5 loads each.

Thursday, April 5

Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing tie backs.
Sub-contractor, GFL Excavating, will be removing material from the site: 4 trucks doing 5 loads each.

NOTE: The job site at 1 The Esplanade is in transition from GFL Excavating to Deep Foundation for the completion of pile and caisson work and starting at the second row tie back. There will be a drill rig and tie back drill delivered to the site but the delivery date are not confirmed at this time. Please check back for updates.

Steel Delivery starting at 12:30 pm.
A 108M (part 2) wall and column concrete pour, levels 32 – 33, starting 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, March 28

Steel delivery at 7:00 am.
Steel delivery at 12:30 pm.

Thursday, March 29

Steel delivery at 10:00 am.
A 190M slab concrete pour, level 33, starting 10:00 am, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Friday, March 30

A 99M wall and column concrete pour, levels 33 – 34, starting 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Saturday, March 31

Miscellaneous clean up activities on site from 9:00 am to Noon.

A 99M concrete wall and column pour scheduled to start at 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, March 21

Steel delivery at 12:30 pm.
A 108M concrete wall and column pour scheduled to start at 1:00 pm, which is not expected to extend beyond 7:00 pm.

Thursday, March 22

Steel delivery at 7:00 am.
Steel delivery at 12:30 pm.

Friday, March 23
