This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium for the week of November 14 – 18, 2011

Monday, November 14
- Sub-contractor GFL will be doing bulk excavating. There will be 4 trucks each doing 5 rounds of hauling, entering and exiting at the 1 The Esplanade gate, just west of Scott Street.
- The trucks will enter from eastbound from Yonge Street, travel just west of the Esplanade gate toward Scott Street, then reverse into the site to pick up the excavated bulk. The trucks will then pull out and exit east along The Esplanade.
- There will be short-term impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while the trucks are entering and departing the site
Tuesday, November 15
- Sub-contractor GFL will be doing bulk excavating. There will be 4 trucks each doing 5 rounds of hauling, entering and exiting at the 1 The Esplanade gate, just west of Scott Street.
- The trucks will enter from eastbound from Yonge Street, travel just west of the Esplanade gate toward Scott Street, then reverse into the site to pick up the excavated bulk. The trucks will then pull out and exit east along The Esplanade.
- There will be short-term impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while the trucks are entering and departing the site.
- Sub-contractor Deep Foundation will be delivering the tie back drill.
Wednesday, November 16
- Sub-contractor GFL will be doing bulk excavating. There will be 4 trucks each doing 5 rounds of hauling, entering and exiting at the 1 The Esplanade gate, just west of Scott Street.
- The trucks will enter from eastbound from Yonge Street, travel just west of the Esplanade gate toward Scott Street, then reverse into the site to pick up the excavated bulk. The trucks will then pull out and exit east along The Esplanade.
- There will be short-term impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while the trucks are entering and departing the site.
- Sub-contractor Deep Foundation will installing the test tie back.
Thursday, November 17
- Sub-contractor GFL will be doing bulk excavating. There will be 4 trucks each doing 5 rounds of hauling, entering and exiting at the 1 The Esplanade gate, just west of Scott Street.
- The trucks will enter from eastbound from Yonge Street, travel just west of the Esplanade gate toward Scott Street, then reverse into the site to pick up the excavated bulk. The trucks will then pull out and exit east along The Esplanade.
- There will be short-term impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while the trucks are entering and departing the site.
Friday, November 18

NOTES:
- Bulk excavating is still underway this week.
- A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
