Apology for early morning Labour Day Weekend work

A new contractor who is not familiar with the rules on working hours worked this past Sunday,  September 4, on their own without Dominus’ knowledge. This contractor has now been informed  regarding the proper working hours, and has assured construction manager Dominus that this will not happen again.

Dominus is committed to observing all City by-laws and regulations regarding construction working hours and will be even more diligent in future to ensure that all our contractors are properly informed and comply.
