8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • There will be a 180M concrete pour, which may go beyond 7:00 pm.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
  • There will be 10 loads of concrete delivered throughout the day.

Tuesday, October 4

 

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • There will be a 90M concrete pour, which may go beyond 7:00 pm.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
  • There will be 10 loads of concrete delivered throughout the day.

Wednesday, October 5

 

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • There will be a 90M concrete pour, which may go beyond 7:00 pm.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
  • There will be 10 loads of concrete delivered throughout the day.

Thursday, October 6

 

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • There will be a 72M concrete pour, which may go beyond 7:00 pm.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be dismantling the drill rig on site.

Friday, October 7

 

8 The Esplanade – L Tower
  • No concrete scheduled.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be dismantling the crane on site.
NOTE 1: Several daily deliveries throughout the week with little or no impact on traffic.
NOTE 2. A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. A security guard on site from 4:00 pm – 6:00 am daily.

  • There will be 10 loads of concrete accessing The Esplanade.

Tuesday, September 27

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • There will be a 100M concrete pour, which may go beyond 7:00 pm.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
  • There will be 10 loads of concrete accessing The Esplanade.

  • Dominus site labour in 9:00 am – 1:00 pm to perform housekeeping duties.
  • Sub-contractor, Premform will work from on the site from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

  • No construction activity is scheduled.
NOTE 1: Several daily deliveries throughout the week with little or no impact on traffic.

Sub-contractor, Premform has scheduled (depending on the weather) a 200M concrete pour starting at 10:00 am, which may go beyond 7:00 pm.

Saturday, September 24

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

Premform may work today from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm depending on the outcome of Friday’s scheduled concrete pour.

Update – September 19 L Tower Concrete Pour

Please note that today’s concrete pour at the L Tower has increased to 100M and it may be required to continue past 7:00 pm to ensure the pour is completed and properly finished.

The construction team apologizes for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause.

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • There will be a 72M concrete pour which is not expected to go past 7:00 pm

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
  • There will be 10 loads of concrete accessing The Esplanade.
  • Deep Foundation has schedule an 85 foot steel pile delivery for the afternoon at approximately  2:00 pm.
    • There will be some temporary impact on vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area of Scott Street and The Esplanade.

Tuesday, September 20

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • There will be a 45M concrete pour which is not expected to go past 7:00 pm

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
  • There will be 10 loads of concrete accessing The Esplanade.

Wednesday, September 21

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

  • No concrete pour is scheduled as of posting date – September 18, 2011.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
  • There will be 10 loads of concrete delivered throughout the day.
  • GFL Excavating will be removing spoils from the site: 4 trucks taking 16 loads.

Thursday, September 22

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.

Sub-Contractor Deep Foundation has scheduled an 85-foot steel pile delivery for 2:00pm.

A Toronto Police Service Paid Duty officer will be on-site 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

There will be several daily deliveries throughout the week with little or no impact on traffic.
