This is the current construction schedule for 8 The Esplanade – L Tower and 1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage for the week of August 29 through September 2, 2011.

Monday, August 29

8 The Esplanade – L Tower 

• No concrete is scheduled as of August 26.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage 

• Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
• There will be 10 loads of concrete accessing The Esplanade.

 Tuesday, August 30

8 The Esplanade – L Tower 

• There will be a 140M concrete pour beginning at 9AM

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage 

• Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
• There will be 10 loads of concrete accessing The Esplanade.

Wednesday, August 31

8 The Esplanade – L Tower

• There will be a steel delivery at 7:00am and 86M Concrete pour starting at 1:00pm which is not expected to go beyond 7:00pm.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage  (Updated)

• Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
• There will be 10 loads of concrete accessing The Esplanade.
• Update: Deep Foundations has an 85 foot long load of steel piles being delivered under police escort at 1:00 pm. The load will come down The Esplanade.

Thursday, September 1

8 The Esplanade – L Tower 

• There will be a 86M concrete pour starting at 1:00pm which not expected to go beyond 7:00pm.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage (Updated)

• Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
• There will be 10 loads of concrete delivered throughout the day.
• Update: GFL Excavating will be on site removing drilling spoils. There will be 4 dump trucks doing 4 rounds each for a total of 16 loads.

Friday, September 2

8 The Esplanade – L Tower 

• There will be a 86M concrete pour starting at 1:00pm which not expected to go beyond 7:00pm.

• Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
• There will be 10 loads of concrete delivered throughout the day.
