Construction Schedule August 8 – 12

This is the current construction schedule for 8 The Esplanade – L Tower and 1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage for the week of August 8 through August 12, 2011.

Monday, August 8

8 The Esplanade – L Tower 

• There will be a 120M concrete pour which may go beyond 7:00 pm
  
• Several deliveries to site are scheduled throughout the day. These should have little or no impact on traffic.
  

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage 

• Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
• GFL Excavating will be drilling spoils most of the day: Dump trucks will be in and out at The Esplanade gate, just west of Scott Street.
• There will be a significant impact on eastbound vehicular traffic.
• There will be a significant impact on eastbound and westbound pedestrian traffic.

Tuesday, August 9

8 The Esplanade – L Tower 

• There will be a 72M concrete pour starting at 1 pm, which is not expected to beyond 7:00 pm
• Several deliveries to site are scheduled throughout the day. These should have little or no impact on traffic.

1 The Esplanade – L Tower Parking + Backstage 

• Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation will be drilling caissons and piles.
• There will be 5 loads of concrete delivered throughout the day.
• There will be a large steel delivery: Deep Foundation, has scheduled an oversized delivery of steel piles 85 feet long in the afternoon. The load will come to The Esplanade gate.
• There will be some impact on eastbound vehicular traffic.
• There will be some significant impact on eastbound and westbound pedestrian traffic.

Wednesday, August 10

8 The Esplanade – L Tower 

• There will be a 72M concrete pour starting at 1 pm, which is not expected to beyond 7:00 pm
• Several deliveries to site are scheduled throughout the day. These should have little or no impact on traffic.

Thursday, August 11

• There will be a 185M concrete pour which may go beyond 7:00 pm
• Several deliveries to site are scheduled throughout the day. These should have little or no impact on traffic.
