Backstage Condo groundbreaking

Cityzen Development Group, Castlepoint and Fernbrook Homes hosted a groundbreaking event for the Backstage Condominium on Saturday May 14, 2011. Cityzen’s Blog provides a taste of the event in pictures: Please click here.

The site of Backstage is directly south of the L Tower on The Esplanade at Yonge Street. All of the L Tower’s parking will be built underground on the Backstage site; as will the parking for Backstage itself.

A rendering of the Backstage Condo was raised on the construction site.
