This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for April 9 – 13, 2012

NOTE: Subcontractor, Deep Foundation will be delivering a large drill rig to the site at 1 The Esplanade in order to complete the piles and caisson work this week. The delivery date is not confirmed at the time of posting. Please check back for updated information.

Monday, April 9

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
  • Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

Tuesday, April 10

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
  • Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

Wednesday, April 11

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be delivering a drill rig to the site at 1 The Esplanade after 9 am, under police escort.
    • There will be short-term disruptions to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The construction management team apologizes for any short-term inconvenience this may cause.
  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
  • Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

Thursday, April 12

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
  • Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

Friday,  April 13

  • Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
  • Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be floating in the tie back machine in the morning.
  • NOTE: This will unfortunately cause short-term delays for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Tuesday, April 3

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing tie backs.

Wednesday, April 4

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing tie backs.
  • Sub-contractor, GFL Excavating, will be removing material from the site: 4 trucks doing 5 loads each.

Thursday, April 5

  • Sub-contractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing tie backs.
  • Sub-contractor, GFL Excavating, will be removing material from the site: 4 trucks doing 5 loads each.

  • Sub-contractor, GFL Excavating digging. 10 dump trucks, 5 rounds each, 50 loads in total.
